If you are an attendee with disabilities, VidCon wants to make your experience as fun and as entertaining as possible. These are different ways in which VidCon is able to provide assistance.

  • There is designated accessible seating for attendees with disabilities at large programming events. Programming rooms fill up quickly, and all seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Designated seating may not be available if you wait until the last minute to get to the room. Please read the Agenda and plan your day accordingly, keeping in mind the popularity of most events.

  • Guide, signal and service animals (as defined in state and local laws) are permitted on the Anaheim Convention Center campus in alignment with ADA requirements.

There will be ASL interpreters signing at the Mainstage and Arena. If you have specific panels you would like an interpreter for, please email info@vidcon.com and we can do our best to have someone there!
