If you are an attendee with disabilities, VidCon wants to make your experience as fun and as entertaining as possible. These are different ways in which VidCon is able to provide assistance.

  • There is designated accessible seating for attendees with disabilities at large programming events and panel rooms. Programming rooms fill up quickly, and all seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please read the Agenda and plan your day accordingly, keeping in mind the popularity of most events.

  • Guide, signal and service animals (as defined in state and local laws) are permitted on the Anaheim Convention Center campus in alignment with ADA requirements.

There will be ASL interpreters signing at the YouTube Arena. If you have specific panels you would like an interpreter for, please fill out this request form and we can do our best to have someone there! Once we have built a schedule for our interpreters based on requests, we will release an agenda where interpreters will be throughout the event.
